Youth Success Center
Carter’s Crew has been awarded $3,830,342.46 through
the Arkansas Opioid Recovery Partnership (ARORP) to establish its Youth Success Center, a
centralized hub designed to lead opioid abatement efforts and expand prevention,
intervention, and family stabilization services across Central Arkansas.

This award marks the largest investment in the organization’s history, positioning Carter’s
Crew to scale its proven model and address opioid-related risks impacting youth and
families at a systemic level.
The Center Will Provide
The Youth Success Center will serve as a coordinated access point for services in Pulaski
County and surrounding areas, focusing on preventing substance use before it escalates into
addiction, justice involvement, or long-term instability.

Carter’s Crew has consistently demonstrated measurable impact, with currently 82.90% of
youth who complete its intervention programs not re-offending, underscoring the
effectiveness of early intervention and sustained support.
